V. Neil's death - who is to blame?

Hi guys, something very tragic happened in the story,

 Neil is dead, he killed himself.
😔Now the question arises, who is to blame for his death?

John Keating, who made him use his creative abilities and not let his father oppress him,
or his father, Mr.Perry, who tried to plan Neil’s
whole life for him and didn’t listen to his son’s wishes?
Mr. Keating has motivated him to use his creativity and acting skills he has not tried to dictate anything to him he has only made Neil a suggestion that gives his life (more) sense.
But when this was taken away from him by his father, that was when he told him he had to go to a military school where there was no such thing like theater or other creative possibilities in this regard, the
Life for Neil no longer made sense and for him there was only one way out of suffering.
So you can actually say that Mr.Perry is most to blame for Neil’s death.
